STATING THAT THE OLD LICENSE IS NO LONGER IN USE, BROKEN AND OR DESTROYED
The license is attached to the Unique Machine Number, which is usually on specific hardware, like motherboard, ethernet card, hard disk, etc.; unless you have replaced that, the GstarCAD license servers should recognize the PC after reformat.
If you want to transfer the license to another computer, deactivate (return online) the GstarCAD license from the old computer, and the license key allows the re-activation of the new computer immediately without downtime.
* Resetting the license will affect the blacklisted old computers, not allow them to be re-activated in future.
- Re-activate your GstarCAD with the error message 'activated not the same machine'.
- Check and understand the license status and activation log via GSTARCAD LICENSE PORTAL 🔗 , and ensure the license key is valid.
To prevent rejected applications for license reset, download the license reset form. You need to fill up all the details, e.g., your name, company, Serial number, product version, and the reasons you need to reset, and please provide your company stamp and signature.
