Resetting the GstarCAD license is possible in the event of a failure, theft or change of some computer components. In the event of a disk format or system reinstallation, there is no need to reset the license.

FILL UP - Fill in all end-user details, e.g., name, Company, License serial number, and the reason for the reset, and sign with the company stamp.

Check and understand the license status and activation log via GSTARCAD LICENSE PORTAL 🔗 , and ensure the license key is valid.

No, we cannot trace using the computer name you are using; we can only retrieve the computer's machine ID, date, and time when you activate it in the GstarCD license portal log.

No, simply use your existing license key to reactivate, unless any parts that affect the machine ID have been replaced.

Online Return:  Open GstarCAD (Old computer), go to the Help menu, select "Register," choose the return license, and click "Online Return" to deactivate it.

Resetting the license will affect the blacklisted old computers and prevent them from being reactivated in the future.

I understand the license reset will cause the previous (existing) computer has been denylisted or blacklisted and not allow them to be re-activated in the future unless some parts are replaced. 

(There is no required license reset for computer reformat.)
